Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Manager to lead the execution of our upcoming warehouse interior and utility installations. The role requires strong coordination, technical expertise, and team leadership to ensure timely, quality installations of all interior systems, including racking, shelving, workstations, electrical, plumbing, and safety fittings. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand layout drawings, BOQs, and vendor deliverables related to warehouse installations. Supervise end-to-end execution of all warehouse interior installations (racking systems, storage, electrical fittings, safety equipment, etc.). Coordinate site readiness: measurements, marking of service points (electrical, plumbing, safety signage). Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to internal teams and subcontractors. Liaise with logistics team for timely receipt of materials as per dispatch schedule. Ensure materials received match order specifications; raise any discrepancies. Monitor on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. Resolve site issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow. Maintain regular communication with project managers, vendors, and clients. Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the management team. Conduct final quality checks and hand over completed sections to operations. Collect feedback and client satisfaction reports post-handover.
