Capital Spindles India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance of lathe, milling, and grinding machines (manual & CNC). The ideal candidate must have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine repair, alignment, and servicing. Responsibilities: Perform daily and preventive maintenance of workshop machines Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues Check and adjust machine alignments, spindle runouts, and lubrication systems Keep maintenance logs and update breakdown reports Ensure minimum downtime and machine efficiency Assist in installation and calibration of new machinery Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S) Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Maintenance 2–5 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience with machine tools maintenance Basic knowledge of tools, drawings, and repair practices Preferred Skills: Understanding of CNC/VMC operations Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules Ability to work independently and in a team How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resumes to sales@capialspindles.com or contact us at 7982165380.
