Installation Engineer Trainee

As an Installation Engineer Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems. - Performing routine maintenance and system checks on Linux-based servers. - Monitoring network performance and promptly addressing any issues or outages. - Collaborating with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. - Maintaining detailed documentation of installation processes and system configurations. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Basic experience with Linux operating systems and command-line tools. - Understanding of network administration concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. - Good communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within a team. - Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies. You are required to have an IT Diploma or BTech in IT/CSE, or equivalent technical education. Additionally, you will have opportunities to conduct field visits for installing and configuring systems at client locations and provide on-site client training. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a stipend of 10k per month and a duration of 6 months. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule starting on 21/04/2025.
