We are seeking a Senior Operations Expert with a hands-on mentality and strong background in Transformer Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence across our facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support our strategic goals. This role may require travel within the HUB APMEA region, up to 35%. How you ll make an impact Manufacturing Performance: Collaborate with the product line and factory managers to develop and facilitate programs, projects, goals, and metrics that enhance manufacturing performance. Drive synergies among the transformer manufacturing facilities in the region. Process Optimization: Provide guidance and support in overseeing transformer manufacturing processes, managing resources efficiently, and implementing best practices to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost (SQDIC) targets. Manufacturing Technologies: Work closely with the Global Product Group Operations team to implement best practices and ensure the adoption of the latest manufacturing technologies across the APMEA region. Automation & Digitalization: Lead and oversee manufacturing automation and digitaliztion projects to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance production capabilities. Investment Capex Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to transformer manufacturing to identify areas for improvement. Your background Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex organizations. Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and change self and others. Fluent in English.
