Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Evaluating and recommending necessary changes in performance tuning, IT infrastructure design, and monitoring. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining applications within the IT infrastructure. - Developing strategic plans for IT infrastructure and overseeing operational aspects of application execution. - Installing applications for system production and testing, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Creating IT infrastructure related scripts to automate manual tasks and streamline operational activities. - Assessing feedback to measure stakeholder management effectiveness and address highlighted issues. - Providing a framework and environment for application developers and maintenance activities. - Offering guidance and training to project team members on IT infrastructure. - Sharing best practice knowledge within the team. - Fostering a collaborative learning environment with collective ownership of responsibilities. - Ensuring IT infrastructure requests are handled as per agreed procedures. - Conducting technical evaluations, design reviews, and recommending physical and logical designs. - Collaborating with external vendors to efficiently resolve IT infrastructure issues. - Coordinating the review, presentation, and release of IT infrastructure design layouts and documentation. - Facilitating meetings with senior management to address project impediments, resource needs, or task completion delays.
