Instagram & Youtube Specialist

As an Instagram & YouTube Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our brands" presence on these key platforms. With a minimum of 2 years of proven experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful social media strategies, creating engaging content, and growing an audience on both Instagram and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a content strategy aligned with brand goals, creating and curating engaging content such as images, videos, reels, stories, and long-form videos, and optimizing content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Instagram and YouTube channels, schedule and post content consistently, and monitor trends to enhance visibility. Additionally, you will implement strategies to grow followers/subscribers organically and through paid campaigns, engage with followers to foster a sense of community, and track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content. You will optimize YouTube videos for search and use Instagram analytics to determine optimal posting times, formats, and content types. You will also be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers or brand ambassadors to boost reach and credibility, developing strategies for brand partnerships and collaborations across platforms, and monitoring and reporting on the performance of Instagram and YouTube channels. By analyzing data and providing actionable insights, you will contribute to improving content performance and channel growth.
