Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Instagram Reels Creator to develop short-form video content that captures attention, reflects our brand, and drives engagement. If you enjoy creating visually appealing, on-trend Reels and know how to tell a story in 30 seconds, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging Reels aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
• Stay updated with current trends, viral audio, and Instagram algorithm changes.
• Use Instagram’s editing tools or mobile apps (like CapCut or InShot) for polished content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and schedules.
• Optimize content based on reach, engagement, and performance data.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience creating Instagram Reels or similar video content.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, design, and timing.
• Comfort appearing on camera or directing others, if needed.
• Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies and engagement techniques.
• Creativity, consistency, and strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
