Roles and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through voice or chat channels. Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice or chat process is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Graduate or Undergraduate with good technical and logical reasoning skills. Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts.
