We are seeking a smart and trend-savvy individual to assist our director in developing a high-impact personal brand on Instagram. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on trending Reels, audio, hooks, and formats within the parenting, motivation, and business niches. Your duties will also include analyzing top-performing creators to identify viral patterns, monitoring engagement metrics to recommend content optimizations, and aiding in the creation of 30-day content calendars. Additionally, you will collaborate with the video team to coordinate script timing, captions, and hashtags, while also staying up-to-date on Instagram algorithm changes and reel strategies. Your role will involve proposing ideas that align with WowKids" vision and our director's storytelling style. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
