Role: Instagram Ad Sales Manager
Who we’re looking for:
– Loves selling without “selling”.
– Identifies the right brands instantly.
– Converts DMs, outreach, and calls into long-term deals.
– Blends revenue goals with authentic storytelling.
– Bonus: experience with creators / media / digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
– Bring in relevant brands and partnerships.
– Build and manage the Instagram ad sales pipeline.
– Maintain strong client & agency relationships.
– Work with the content team to ensure ads feel organic, not pushed.
