Role & responsibilities Performance Marketing (Primary Focus): Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms. Manage PPC and paid social media advertising with a focus on driving conversions and increasing ROI Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize performance. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights for optimization. Manage budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient ad spend and allocation. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) for all campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement. Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Preferred candidate profile 4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and Meta platforms. Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, and ad optimization. Experience in managing social media marketing campaigns and understanding of how paid and organic strategies work together. Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, and other performance marketing tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Self-starter who can execute campaigns from concept to completion with minimal oversight.
