Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Designer located in Mumbai. The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating and developing 3D designs and models, incorporating lighting and graphic elements, and producing animations to support the design process. The role also includes collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions for exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events. Qualifications Experience in 3D Design and 3D Modeling Knowledge of Lighting and Graphic Design Skills in Animation Excellent attention to detail and creativity Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency with 3D design software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Communication & Coordination: • Welcome and onboard new clients at the initiation of each project. • Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based project and graphic managers. • Act as a mediator between the Indian and US teams, ensuring alignment across all stages of the project. • Facilitate smooth flow of information and updates between stakeholders. Vendor & Contractor Liaison: • Coordinate with general contractors and supervisors of organizing bodies in the USA for all project-related services. • Manage communication with labor companies in the USA for timely onboarding and scheduling of labor resources required for projects. Project Support: • Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, reports, and status updates. • Support project execution by tracking deliverables, updating schedules, and ensuring milestones are met. • Address any project-related issues or escalations in a timely manner. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or client servicing, preferably in US. • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English is a must). • Ability to work in different time zones to align with US counterparts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
