Job Title: Inspector – QA/QC (Piping)

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking qualified QA/QC Piping Inspectors for a leading Oil & Gas / Petrochemical turnaround project. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in piping quality inspections, familiarity with international codes and standards, and must hold a valid CSWIP 3.1 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections of piping systems, fabrication, welding, and erection activities.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and standards.
• Review and verify test packages, inspection reports, and material traceability documents.
• Report and track non-conformities, initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project team, contractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain documentation.
• Participate in hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and mechanical completion checks.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience: 4 – 8 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries, particularly in turnaround or shutdown projects.
• Certifications:
• CSWIP 3.1 – Mandatory
• Additional certifications in NDT Level II (RT, UT, PT, MT) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, procedures, and international codes (ASME, API, etc.).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and inspection skills.

Pay: ₹143,222.17 - ₹157,544.38 per month
