Description We are seeking a Static Equipment Lead Engineer to oversee the design and analysis of static equipment for our projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in static equipment engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities Lead and manage the design, analysis, and specification of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules for static equipment projects. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for static equipment design and operation. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations related to static equipment. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of static equipment. Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in their professional development. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 15-25 years of experience in static equipment design and engineering. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM. Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PV Elite, CAESAR II). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
