Asst Cost Lead Project and Development Services – Corporate Solutions (Ahmedabad/India) What this job involves: Steering projects at the helm To be stationed in (region/country), you’ll work side-by-side with the cost manager or senior cost manager to ensure the success of a project—from its pre-design phase to its completion. You’ll assemble and lead various project teams; and monitor the teams’ performance, and bring out the best in every team member. You’re also in charge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working procedures for the teams. Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place. Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client. Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed in a timely manner. Compiling as built cost estimate records for bench marking purposes.
