You will be responsible for driving Mechanical Integrity and Quality assurance systems, integrating management systems supporting Mechanical Integrity for Fixed Equipment, Relief Systems, and Rotating equipment. Your role involves defining, implementing, and sustaining risk management initiatives to deliver continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry/regulatory changes associated with Mechanical Integrity. You will be accountable for tracking, reporting, and identifying Mechanical Integrity trends on equipment. Aligning Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance programs with OMS group essentials and group guidelines is a key part of your role. Providing effective technical advice to the maintenance team, evaluating threats, ensuring adherence to procedures, and overseeing work completion in line with the company's technical procedures are essential responsibilities. You will also ensure comprehensive reporting and communication of actions resulting from inspection activities. Conducting root cause analysis and failure investigations on systems and equipment as necessary is another vital aspect of your role. Timely and accurate reporting to the Team Lead, highlighting anomalies and recommending necessary actions, is crucial. Additionally, planning Mechanical Integrity audits, carrying out inspections, quality assurance, maintenance, safety audits, and managing inspection data in systems such as Meridium, SAP, BIF, and others will be part of your duties. Monitoring Contractor's performance on a day-to-day basis in terms of progress, manpower, and equipment deployment status is also within your scope. Ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely in accordance with the Company's HSE Policy is imperative. You will participate in the development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment and review drawings and specifications to determine the necessary quantity and type of insulation required. Your skillset should include knowledge of various Codes & Standards, Reliance OMS, insulation, painting, structural integrity, SAP PM & MM Module, piping, static equipment inspection and maintenance in refining and petrochemical business. Holding certifications such as API, CSWIP/CWI, SSPC, NACE can be advantageous. Familiarity with non-destructive testing techniques applicable to the inspection of plant equipment and a good understanding of construction and inspection code are also expected. Education Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering Experience Requirement: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance within the refining and petrochemical industry.,
