As an Electroplating Operator, you will be responsible for coating materials with precision according to NADCAP standards. Your duties will include operating plating equipment to coat metal and non-metal parts, cleaning and preparing items for plating, monitoring chemical solutions, and ensuring compliance with NADCAP rules to maintain audit readiness. Additionally, you will be inspecting equipment, performing basic maintenance, checking plated items for quality, and collaborating closely with quality and production teams. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with tech certificates being a plus. Previous experience in electroplating is required, with NADCAP experience preferred. You should possess knowledge of plating methods, chemical preparation, and be familiar with NADCAP audits and compliance. Working as an Electroplating Operator, you will be exposed to chemicals and machinery in a controlled area, requiring you to wear proper safety gear (PPE) at all times.
