Role & responsibilities Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specs and customer needs. Builds strong client relationships, manages escalations, and identifies growth opportunities. Coordinates technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement. Isilon experience should be equivalent to SME. Strong organizing and planning skills to oversee and successfully implement program deliverables, Strong priority setting and delegation skills, Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills, Strong ability to lead sub- teams Good knowledge of Power scale and Isilon , along with support knowledge on NAS. Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments. Provide on call support. Scripting skills be an added advantage. Expert certification in relevant technology /product. ITIL v4 Foundation preferred Strong in OS Fundamentals Windows, Linux, VMware and others. Flexible to work in shifts 24x7
