The Sales Effectiveness Lead position at Novo Nordisk India Private Limited falls under the Commercial Marketing category and is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN within the Customer Engagement department. As the Sales Effectiveness Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing dashboards and reports, providing insight analyses to support senior management, fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving operational excellence within the sales force. You will also be involved in field force sizing, segmentation & targeting, incentive model & calculation, developing KPIs, and implementing best practices to enhance sales force productivity. To be successful in this role, you should possess an MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Business Analytics from a premier B School, preferably with a Science or Pharmacy background. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PPT), 6-8 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Customer Engagement department aims to enhance sales force effectiveness and support the commercial team in making informed decisions.
