Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Manage sales process from commercial proposal to product delivery
· Preparation of proposals for small medium and bigger Projects through CRM by ensuring correct Percentage Profit margins
· Track and update all records for sent proposal and received purchase orders
· Order management by ensuring material availability in stock and Maintaining material accordingly
· Payment follow up and maintaining follow up record for reference
· Coordinate with delivery / service team for timely delivery of products and services promised to the customer
· Managing vendors for different products to ensure timely delivery of the products/services
· Knowledge of CRM tool for keeping track record of day to day activities to ensure follow up
· Lead Sales and Marketing activities For Company Products and Services
