Insider Risk Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and contributing to the implementation of scaled global security risk programs and solutions. Your focus will be on landing security outcomes that prioritize the end-user experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM), platform security, and incident response domains. Additionally, you will work with AI/ML and data analysis software like SQL, R, Python, Go to enhance security measures. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions to enhance the security posture of a large-scale user base. - Automate manual processes through technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of large security programs. - Apply secure access management practices to access management systems and processes, considering insider risk and associated threats. - Triage security event tickets and contribute to an incident response framework by identifying anomalous behavior. - Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable data outputs to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in security engineering, security analytics, risk quantification/measurement, or technical risk management. - Experience in developing and implementing scaled global security risk programs and solutions, with a focus on end-user security outcomes in IAM, platform security, and incident response. - Proficiency in AI/ML and data analysis software such as SQL, R, Python, Go.
