Role Details

• Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Location: VV Puram, Bengaluru
• Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week
• Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 7 Days Preferred

What You’ll Do

• Engage with students and their families to understand their educational goals, requirements, and concerns.
• Conduct personalized counselling conversations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers, nurture leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling sales, or consultative selling.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups and closures.
• A customer-first attitude, ownership, and a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
