The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online channels. Key Responsibilities: ● Contact potential and existing customers through cold calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities. ● Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products and services. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. ● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM system. ● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers. ● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. ● Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, objections, and sales trends. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). ● Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. ● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
