Job Title: Sales Executive Inside Sales & Telecalling Location: Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and communication skills) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to support our inside sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, lead generation , and basic end-to-end sales processes. This role is office-based at our Kasturi Nagar location in Bangalore and offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and explain product/service offerings Identify and qualify leads through research, calls, and follow-ups Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer details Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team when required Assist with sending proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert warm leads Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure lead conversion Report daily and weekly sales activity and lead status Required Skills: Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation , or inside sales Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (Excel, Zoho, or others) Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude Good interpersonal and persuasion skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: 1 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.
