About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, connect with prospective clients over the phone, and understand their property requirements. The role involves identifying suitable property options, maintaining client records, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the respective Residential or Commercial team to ensure a smooth client handover.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Collect basic client details and understand their budget, preferred location, property type, and buying or rental requirements.
• Understand the requirements of buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners.
• Identify suitable residential or commercial properties based on client requirements and available listings.
• Share qualified client profiles and property requirements with the respective internal team.
• Maintain accurate client information, call records, and follow-up details in the company system or CRM.
• Follow up with clients regularly to understand their updated requirements and keep enquiries active.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely lead handover.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and ensure that no lead is missed.
• Keep client records updated and support the team in managing enquiries effectively.

Skills and Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales, presales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Kannada and English communication skills are preferred.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000.
