Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international working professionals via Zoom meetings and phone calls
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ educational and career goals
• Recommend appropriate higher education programs based on individual needs
• Maintain up-to-date records and pipelines via CRM software
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Education, Psychology, Business Administration)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service
• Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM tools
• A consultative and empathetic approach to guiding prospects
