Inside Sales Executive / Edtech Industry/ Counsellor

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, your main responsibility will be to promote our ISMS/cybersecurity training courses to potential customers. You will collaborate closely with a world-class sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that aim to exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue targets. - Collaborate with a top-notch sales team to sell highly sought-after courses & Instructors in IT/Cyber Security. - Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media. - Participate in marketing and promotional events such as webinars and free workshops. - Handle live chat customers on the website. - Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to close deals and provide reports to the manager. - Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the system. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Must have a go-getter & self-starter attitude. - Strong passion for cybersecurity and technology. - Familiarity with ISMS/cybersecurity training courses is a plus.
