Job Title: Retail Executive – Open Market Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Open Market / Field Sales Reporting to: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager --- Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Acquisition Source new customers through open market channels for SBI Credit Cards. Generate leads, meet prospects, and convert them into customers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned. 2. Customer Interaction Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and process clearly to customers. Assist customers with application filling and documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of cards. 3. Business Development Identify new market opportunities and expand business in assigned territory. Build relationships with channel partners, merchants, and corporates for lead generation. 4. Compliance & Documentation Collect KYC documents and verify customer details as per RBI & company guidelines. Ensure error-free and timely submission of applications. Adhere to compliance, audit, and regulatory norms. 5. Customer Service & Retention Provide post-sales support for card activation and usage. Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues where required. --- Key Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Confidence in field sales and customer handling. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred). Basic computer & smartphone usage skills. --- Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Fresher with good communication can apply).
