About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented inRule Developer with 12 years of experience to join our growing team. You will help design, develop, and manage reusable business vocabularies and support a rule authoring platform that empowers business users to create, test, and deploy rules independently using intuitive “If-This-Then-That” logic. You’ll work closely with our business and technical teams to drive agility and autonomy by building robust vocabulary assets and reusable logic components tied directly to structured JSON data (e.g., Brightree). Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain vocabulary components used by business users in the inRule rule authoring platform • Collaborate with RCM and product teams to create curated, reusable, and structured vocabularies aligned with real-world business needs • Ensure vocabularies map accurately to underlying Brightree JSON data structures • Assist in setting up rule templates and testing mechanisms to enable non-technical users to perform end-to-end testing and validation • Build and maintain components that enable rapid, consistent, and governed rule development • Support deployment and debugging of business rules • Participate in training and onboarding sessions for business users on how to use inRule effectively Required Skills & Experience • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with inRule. • Experience with building or managing vocabulary or metadata-driven configuration systems • Understanding of “If-This-Then-That” logic patterns and how they are applied in business rules • Familiarity with JSON data structures, APIs, and rule/data mappings • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Exposure to healthcare systems, RCM workflows, or platforms like Brightree is a plus • Understanding of rule governance, version control, and deployment best practice
