The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth, customer relationship management, and business development in the GGC (Gate, Globe, Check Valves) segment. Job Responsibilities: Inquiry Generation: Identify and generate inquiries from existing and new customers. Order Booking: Ensure timely booking of orders by converting inquiries into sales. Customer Visit: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers for relationship building and business growth. Order Conversion: Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Inventory Reduction: Coordinate with the internal team to manage stock and reduce inventory costs. Collection of Outstanding Payments: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. Quote Follow-up: Follow up on submitted quotations every week to maximize order conversion. Approval Coordination: Assist in obtaining approvals from customers and consultants. New Customer Development: Identify and onboard new customers to expand business reach. Distributor Development: Develop and manage distributors within the assigned domain. Coordination with Internal Team: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely submission of quotes and seamless execution of orders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or related field. 4-6 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in valves. Strong understanding of the process industry, valves, pharma, chemical, and steel sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively. Compensation: As per industry standards & experience.
