Identify and report dimensional deviations or non-conformities. Coordinate with design, production, and tooling departments for issue resolution. Maintain calibration and health of measuring equipment. Support process improvement by providing accurate inspection feedback. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in CMM operations and 3D scanning techniques. Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T. Hands-on experience with quality inspection software (e.g., GOM, PC-DMIS, Calypso). Basic understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 quality standards. Good analytical and reporting skills.
