Job Opening: Quality Control Supervisor – PVD Factory Company: Inox Colorz – Specialists in Stainless Steel PVD Coating & Etching Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana (On-site role) Preferred Candidate Location: Delhi NCR About the Role Inox Colorz is looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our PVD factory in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stainless steel (SS) sheet QC, with a focus on PVD-coated and etched products. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality control of stainless steel (SS) sheets during production. Inspect and verify sizing, thickness, and finish of incoming raw material. Conduct quality checks on etched and coated designs for accuracy and finish. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality benchmarks. Coordinate with production and purchase teams for quality-related issues. Maintain QC reports and documentation. Requirements: Experience: 2-8 years of relevant experience in QC / Supervisor roles in a stainless steel PVD / metal fabrication / sheet industry. Strong technical understanding of PVD coatings, etching, and stainless steel finishes. Eye for detail with a commitment to precision. Ability to work independently and manage a small QC team.
