As a Mushroom Spawn Production Intern at M.A.N.A.S. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a selected intern will include assisting in substrate sterilization and boiling processes for mushroom spawn production, performing inoculation of mother cultures and spawn bags under aseptic conditions, conducting quality control checks to ensure the purity and viability of mushroom spawn cultures, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area to prevent contamination and ensure optimal growth conditions, collaborating with experienced staff to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes, participating in research projects to enhance production methods and efficiencies, recording and analyzing data from experiments to track progress and identify areas for improvement, and supporting other production activities as required to contribute to the team's overall success. To excel in this role, you must have the ability to commute independently, with a two-wheeler vehicle being mandatory. A passion for microbiology, biology, or agriculture, as well as an eagerness to learn and apply practical techniques in mushroom spawn production, are essential requirements.
