Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager covering Bangalore Hyderabad and Chennai at Innxeon Technologies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to drive demand for our solutions. Qualifications Strong experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Good knowledge of ELV technologies and related verticals like security, surveillance, and building automation Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous Experience in the Greater Delhi Area markets is a plus
