Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at TradeHarsh. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, engage potential clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our stock broking services and stock market training programs over the phone and in person visiting clients. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and the financial markets. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various sources (e.g., provided databases, online research). Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TradeHarsh's services and training programs. Needs Assessment: Understand the financial goals and learning objectives of potential clients to recommend suitable services and training programs. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of TradeHarsh's stock broking services, intraday trading strategies, and futures & options training programs. Value Proposition: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits and unique selling points of TradeHarsh's offerings, emphasizing the expertise of Dr. Sanjay Shetye and our focus on actionable strategies. Objection Handling: Effectively address client queries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions. Sales Conversion: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively converting leads into satisfied clients or course participants. Database Management: Accurately record and update all call activities, sales progress, and client information in the CRM system. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and TradeHarsh's evolving service offerings and training curriculum. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar customer-facing sales role. Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient with a positive attitude. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Familiarity with the stock market and financial instruments (basic understanding preferred, willingness to learn is essential). Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential; English proficiency is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance) is a plus.
