Role Description We’re looking for a One Identity Developer who can design, develop, and deploy custom IAM solutions using One Identity tools. This is a hands-on development role (not support/administration), ideal for professionals who have experience building secure, enterprise-grade identity systems. You will be responsible for integrating IAM with enterprise apps, customizing modules, developing connectors and APIs, and automating provisioning workflows. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle development on One Identity Manager, Safeguard, and Active Roles Build/customize connectors, APIs, sync rules, and RBAC policies Develop secure, high-performance solutions using C#, .NET, Web API, SQL Extend web interfaces via Designer and Web Designer Integrate with enterprise platforms like AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD IAM deployments Automate provisioning and self-service workflows Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and IAM automation best practices Must-Have Skills Hands-on with One Identity tools (Designer, Manager, Web Designer, Object Browser) Connector and API development (REST APIs, PowerShell, Python) Strong coding in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle DB Experience with secure coding, ISO 27001, GDPR, and IAM standards Qualifications Experience with One Identity tools, Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, and security protocols Skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to integrate IAM systems with various applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in project management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Good to Have Certifications: One Identity Certified Professional, CIAM, CISSP, CISM Show more Show less
