Location: Indore Experience: 1–4 years (B2B / industrial preferred; freshers with strong skills may apply) Responsibilities: Generate new B2B leads through direct visits, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and industrial networks. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer demos. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email). Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social media posts) with the design team. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports. Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and branding goals. Requirements: Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion ability. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaigns). Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions (within India). Experience in industrial/automation equipment sales is a strong advantage.
