This is a strategic and execution-focused role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, promoting greater efficiency and clarity in decision-making, project execution, and leadership engagement. Key Skills Executive-level support with a project management focus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Core Responsibilities Assist the CEO with daily business operations, communications, and strategic initiatives. Act as a liaison between the CEO/Partners and internal or external stakeholders. Oversee special projects, drive key deliverables, and monitor progress on strategic priorities Coordinate leadership meetings, manage agendas, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through. Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external use. Manage the CEOs calendar, plan travel, and prioritize time effectively. Ensure confidentiality and facilitate effective information flow across leadership. Offer strategic collaboration on operational enhancements, governance, and decision-making. Your Profile 10 to 15 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in CEO Office, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles Experience in global consulting firms, top-tier corporates, or high-growth environments Masters degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) from a reputable university or institution. Strong operational grasp with strategic thinking ability Experience in navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems and aligning leadership. Role & responsibilities INNOVERV is currently seeking an accomplished individual to assume the role of Manager Global Finance & Accounts located in Kolkota or Pune . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting and will be responsible for managing the financial operations - including accounting, financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management and financial planning for our UK and India entities. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations and providing financial guidance to support business decisions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international team of professionals located across UK, Europe and India and make a real impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Perform the day-to-day F&A operations, including A/P, A/R and general ledger and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for India and UK entities as per prescribed timelines. Execute the complete preparation of statutory financial statements, including Inter-co transactions, in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for managing multi-currency customer invoicing & collections, payroll, expense processing and Inter-co transactions. Compliance & Audit Responsible for compliances and tax planning, including transfer pricing. Ensure compliance with statutory laws including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, PF/ESI, and other local regulations. Coordinate with statutory auditors for India and UK entities to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines. Assist in drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, Notices, and other Company Secretarial Documents. Treasury management & Banking Manage the organization's Banking operations and cash flows by preparing accurate forecasts, monitoring collections/AR and payments to ensure liquidity and optimal use of funds. Manage investments of surplus funds as per internal guidelines. Financial Management & Planning Assist in preparation of budgets, monthly rolling forecasts, MIS, variances and financial dashboards. Continuously identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial outputs. Early Joiners would be preferred
