Role & responsibilities JOB Description : Exposure To Sales Function : candidates should be well versed with aggressive sales Culture with fire in the belly , with excellent communications skill (Spoken and written) , with astute self-disciplined prompt and self-driven. Understanding commercial aspects and negotiation skills with aggressive tracking, ability to prepare data bases, make and deliver presentations and ability to do technical sales at customer's office , ability to guide the team. Preferred candidate profile Skills : Technical Exposure :-Exposure towards basic Water chemistry ( Organic and inorganic processes) understanding of various Sewage treatment process namely MBR/ MBBR /ASP / SBR and Fixed bed media etc , ability confer technology differentiations and Capital costs and operating costs, Waste water equipment such aerators, sludge handling / Dewatering equipment etc . Fixed Remuneration + Incentive on Sales Note: Salary is absolutely no bar for deserving candidates

Sales Engineers. Experience and Exposure. Graduation/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering / B. Sc.( Chemistry ) , excellent in written and spoken English , excellent presentation skills, preliminary domain knowledge wrt water and waste water domain is essential. Well disciplined , self managed , ready to learn and unlearn and positive attitude and being team player are essential key traits. Should have excellent negotiation skills. Should be well versed with Techno Commercial Legal – contractual aspects and ability to perceive risks is must. Adaptability to essential and relevant sales culture for the given technology domain , ability to adhere to disciplines such as minimum customer call ratio per week , aggressive perseverance to meet the sales target, knowledge of market segments , acquaintance with customers in various industry verticals / government departments is preferred. Exposure to tendering activity is preferred as well . Shall be able to identify target customers for the solutions being offered by the company , the current competition scenario in the market place. Prepare/ manage the data for submission to superior and ability to present himself for weekly/ fortnightly reviews Should be prepared to travel every week for 3 to 4 days from the base location. Experience : Seven to 15 years Salary is No bar for deserving candidates
