Job Title : Innovation Junior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology research, competitor analysis, and IP landscaping to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform reactive technology research using a variety of research tools and subscription services such as ScienceDirect, SCOPUS, Lux Research, and publicly available resources.
• Conduct journal, article, and literature reviews as needed to support technology evaluation.
• Configure and maintain proactive IP landscaping searches using platforms like Minesoft PatBase Express.
• Perform reactive IP searches to aid early-stage technology landscaping and innovation assessments.
• Provide expert user support and training on IP search tools and methodologies.
• Create, edit, and deliver monthly insights reports based on a structured taxonomy of priority technology areas and ongoing IP monitoring.

• Proven experience in conducting research across diverse topics and producing clear, concise summary papers.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in complex environments.
• Ability to achieve results through influence without formal authority, leveraging innovation, lateral thinking, and problem-solving to overcome challenges.
• Solid understanding of science and technology to deliver relevant, insightful responses.
