On-Site Execution: Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance during work at heights. Coordinate with site teams, dealers, and officers for project execution. Capture site photos, progress updates, and maintain documentation using company apps. Report site progress, challenges, and updates regularly. Documentation & Reporting: Collect and submit completion documents signed by site officials. Share photos and completion letters with the coordinator. Expense Management: Maintain accurate travel and expense records; submit claims through company app with receipts. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety norms; report incidents immediately to the coordinator. Project Closure: Ensure site cleanliness, handover documents, and share final project status. Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, provide feedback, and support process enhancement. Qualification & Skills:ITI in Electrician (mandatory); 6–12 months of relevant work experience preferred Willingness to travel across India and work at heights Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Good communication and customer service ability Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Professional, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven mindset
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, coordinating between internal departments for project documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions on various government portals such as GeM, CPP, and IREPS. This role also involves customer service, vendor coordination, and general administrative responsibilities critical to successful project execution and business development. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management & Project Coordination Identify, evaluate, and manage government and private tenders on platforms such as HPCL, BPCL, IOCL eproc, GeM, CPP, IREPS etc. Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in collaboration with internal departments. Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, documentation standards, and submission deadlines. Handle post-submission communications, clarifications, and follow-ups with clients or authorities. Sales Coordination & Documentation Support the sales team in tracking leads, preparing documentation, and maintaining CRM records. Create and manage documentation including purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and reports. Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate with internal teams for dispatches, procurement, and vendor follow-ups. Manage vendor registration, renewals, and updates on government portals. Maintain accurate data records, files, and reports related to tenders, vendors, and projects. Customer Service & Communication Serve as a point of contact for client queries related to tenders, project status, or documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments for smooth project execution. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in tender portals: BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, GeM, CPP, IREPS Strong understanding of bid documentation, proposal writing, and compliance Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally ERP Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage pressure Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, project coordination, or business support roles Experience working with government e-procurement systems is mandatory Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in project development or sales coordination in a government contracting or B2B environment Exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) tools Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments
