Key Responsibilities: Assemble and edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms (social media, website, promotional campaigns, etc.). Incorporate graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and subtitles to enhance video content. Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs. Ensure all video content is consistent with the InnoSynth brand identity. Manage and organize video files and project assets. Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques. Required Qualifications: Proven previous experience as a Video Editor is mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills is required for consideration. Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Solid understanding of video composition, pacing, timing, and storytelling. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback. Preferred Skills: Experience with motion graphics and animation using software like Adobe After Effects. Skills in color correction and audio mixing. Familiarity with creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
