Executive Assistant Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and prioritize communications for the executive. Prepare and organize reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials. Assist in managing key projects and goals by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Perform research and provide insights or summaries to support executive decision-making. Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to or by the executive. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
