Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Metallurgist at our location in Hosur. The Metallurgist will be responsible for overseeing and improving metallurgical processes, conducting failure analysis, and managing metallurgical testings and leaching operations. The role involves daily hands-on work with process control and requires a detailed-oriented approach to ensure optimal results. Qualifications Strong understanding of Metallurgy and Extractive Metallurgy Experience with Process Control and Leaching processes Ability to conduct thorough Failure Analysis Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field Effective communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in an industrial setting is a plus
