A strong understanding of sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, Seamless, and Crunch base is essential for driving business growth. The role also requires B2B sales experience, engaging with businesses and decision- makers to establish long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, Seamless, and Crunch base. Use data-driven insights to find high-quality leads and target the right audience. Develop contact lists and create a sales pipeline for effective outreach. 2. Client Engagement & Communication Conduct inbound and outbound sales to connect with potential clients. Initiate and manage email campaigns and networking activities to attract prospects. Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored IT solutions. Engage in B2B sales discussions with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 3. Business Expansion Strategies Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s market reach. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Implement targeted sales techniques to drive revenue growth. 4. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations Schedule and conduct product demos, and presentations. Showcase the value and benefits of IT solutions to potential clients. Address client queries and objections with clear, data-backed explanations. 5. CRM & Sales Data Management Maintain and update client information and sales data in CRM tools. Track and analyze lead conversions to measure performance. Generate reports and insights to optimize sales strategies. 6. Market Research & Industry Trends Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions. Provide insights into industry demands and client expectations. Adapt strategies based on changing industry landscapes. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Communication & Negotiation Skills Strong verbal and written communication to engage clients effectively. 2. IT Sales & Business Development Expertise Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field. Proven experience in lead generation, and client acquisition. Ability to understand IT products, software, and service solutions. Experience in B2B sales and engaging with corporate clients. 3. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in BCA, BSC- CS, B.Tech, or MBA+ IT in a relevant field. 4. CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Seamless, Crunch base, and other sales tools. Experience in tracking sales metrics and analyzing conversion rates. 5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and optimize strategies. Ability to identify gaps and opportunities in the sales process. 6. Independent & Team-Oriented Work Approach Ability to work independently while also collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
