The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage, with demonstrated experience in managing compliance, corporate taxation, day-to-day financial operations, and multi-branch accounting. The role requires excellent communication, analytical abilities, and the capability to lead month-end closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and federal/state tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting •Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reconciliations. •Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements) in accordance with U.S. GAAP. •Perform branch-wise accounting and consolidate reports across business units. •Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
