Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi, Patna & Lucknow for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing product demonstrations to potential clients. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development. Qualifications Strong negotiation and sales skills Experience in customer relationship management and account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data Capability to work independently and meet sales targets Experience in the food or bakery industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
