Preferred candidate profile B.Sc. degree (or higher) in chemistry/paint technology, Diploma in Paint Technology, B. Tech. in Paint Technology and/or relevant industrial experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry or paint/coating industry, etc. Knowledge of color management, principle of colour and appearance measurement, colour space, colour characterization, colour properties evaluation, pigment properties and computer algorithm will be highly desired. Proactive and work independently. Good project management skills and problem-solving skills. Strong laboratory skills and ability to work on multiple tasks and projects. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Hands-on responsibility for implementing systematic recording of research results and technical projects.
