Injection Moulding Machine Operator

An injection moulding machine operator's main responsibilities include setting up, monitoring andoperating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. They must also perform quality control by inspecting products, complete routine maintenance & cleaning and document production and quality records.

Responsibilities :

• Set up, start and operate Injection Moulding Machines and related equipment.
• Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as needed.
• Inspect the parts being produced to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Install and align molds in the machines.
• Trim excess material from finished products.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of moulded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to a supervisor.

Education :

• ITI in Plastic Technology /Electrical / Mechanical

Experience :

• Total Work: 1 - 3 years (Required)

Salary : ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 18,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
