Description We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-12 years of experience in operating and maintaining injection molding machinery, ensuring high-quality production of plastic components. Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines. Monitor production processes and adjust parameters to ensure quality output. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize part designs for manufacturability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Document production data and report any discrepancies to management. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in injection molding processes and machinery. Understanding of materials used in injection molding, including thermoplastics and thermosets. Experience with quality control and inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of injection molding machines. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
